Category 01

Payment capabilities

Q1Does GoosunPay support production payment processing?
Yes. GoosunPay supports payment creation, transaction processing, status synchronization, asynchronous notifications, refunds and ledger records for merchants that have completed business review and compliance onboarding. The sandbox is used only for testing and integration validation; production processing runs through compliant payment channels.
Q2Are funds immediately available after a successful payment?
Transaction status is returned promptly through synchronous responses and asynchronous webhooks, and ledger records can update near real time. Actual fund availability depends on payment method, merchant profile, risk review and the agreed settlement cycle.
Q3Which payment methods are supported?
GoosunPay can support international cards, local payment methods, e-wallets and recurring billing. Availability is assessed based on registration region, business model, transaction currency and compliance requirements.
Category 02

Settlement & funds

Q1When are settlement funds paid to merchants?
Depending on merchant profile, payment method, risk level and compliance review, GoosunPay can configure cycles such as T+1, T+3 or weekly settlement. The final cycle is defined in the written agreement. First-time settlement may require additional account verification, transaction observation and settlement-cycle confirmation.
Q2Do you support T+0 / same-day settlement?
Shorter settlement cycles can be assessed for selected business types and payment methods under specific conditions. Availability depends on channel capability, risk control, transaction history and compliance requirements, and is not a universal commitment.
Q3How can merchants check balances and reconcile?
Merchants can use the Finance center in GoosunPay Console to review balances, fund flows, settlement statements and reconciliation reports, with filters for time period, channel, merchant, currency and status, plus exportable reconciliation files.
Category 03

Refunds & exceptions

Q1How are refunds processed?
Initiate refunds from the Console or via API. The result is delivered asynchronously via webhook and fully recorded in the ledger and reconciliation reports. Both partial and full refunds are supported.
Q2How are failed or abnormal orders handled?
The Orders center provides a flow for handling exceptions — re-submit failed orders, query statuses, manually sync channel statuses and more. Engineering teams can also proactively query order status via API.
Q3How are disputes and chargebacks handled?
The Console has a disputes & chargebacks module where merchants can submit evidence after receiving a notification. The actual process and SLA follow the payment channel's rules.

Development & integration

Q1How can I get a sandbox?
Use the "Request a sandbox" entry on this site to submit business information, or contact sales directly. Once approved, you'll receive test API keys, test card numbers and webhook configuration instructions.
Q2Which languages and SDKs are supported?
Node.js, Python, Java and Go SDKs are provided. You can also use the standard REST API directly. All APIs are over HTTPS with request signing.
Q3How do I verify webhook signatures?
Every webhook request carries a signature header. Merchants should HMAC-sign the request body with their API secret and compare it. Detailed implementation and sample code live in Developer Center.

Accounts & compliance

Q1What documents are needed to open an account?
Typically: business registration certificate, legal representative identification, business description, website / app information and a settlement bank account. The exact list varies by merchant type and region.
Q2Is GoosunPay a licensed PSP?
No. GoosunPay is the technology and operations middle layer between enterprises and licensed payment infrastructure. We partner with regulated institutions and PSPs to provide integration, management and operations capabilities for merchants.
Q3How is data secured?
TLS in transit, separated API key / secret management, webhook signature verification, isolated key storage and full operation audit logs. Sensitive data is handled by the principle of minimum necessary.
